Fundamentals of Pest Biology

Know your Foe! The best way to successfully manage any pest, is to understand what it is that drives them. In this full day lecture we will look at the following:

• Commensal rodents – Brown rats and House mice, as well as a brief look into the animals they are often mistaken for.
• Crawling Insect pests – Cockroaches, and other intruding bugs.
• Flying Insects pests – Flies, both large and small.
• Biting Insects – Bedbugs, fleas and mosquitos.
